After completing a degree in Sociology at the University of York, Theo began his first role in the NHS Confederation’s Acute Network as the engagement and support officer, moving to senior member engagement officer in March of 2025.

His portfolio of work involves supporting the delivery of our Acute Network's national engagement activities with external stakeholders, identifying examples of best practice within the acute sector, and improving the network's online presence.​

Out of work, his personal interests include cricket, running, and travelling.
